I am a Marriage and Family Therapist at Foresight working remotely. I received my Masters in Counseling with an emphasis on Marriage, Child, and Family Therapy from the University of Phoenix at the Pasadena Campus. I have experience working with adolescents and their families (foster-care, adopted, and biological) in residential treatment and working with them transitioning back into their home environment. I have experience working with all ages and genders struggling with substance abuse and social media addiction. I love working from a client-centered approach where both client and therapist work together in collaboration of a treatment plan by setting goals. I have experience working with those who have experienced trauma in their lives and are working towards healing. I am trained in EMDR and Brainspotting and will use these approaches if they fit your needs. I am also Level 1 certified in Equine Assisted Therapy through Natural Lifemanship. I have extensive experience working with children, teens, and adults suffering from anxiety and depression.
