I am a therapist providing trauma informed services to adults experiencing an array of mental health and substance use conditions. I work primarily with mood disorders, adjustment disorders, psychosis and dual diagnosis. I have experience with CBT, Mindfulness CBT, Motivational Interviewing and Narrative Therapy. My experience has been in healthcare systems, substance use programs and community mental health non-profits. I aim to assist people in building insights, work through trauma, develop coping skills and self-love.
