My intention is to create a consistent relationship involving patient centered care. I embrace the holistic philosophy to live one’s life to the fullest includes therapy being foremost. My core values are kindness and community. I treat clients with depression, anxiety, grief, PTSD, bipolar, adjustment, OCD, ADHD, psychosis, and schizophrenia. I have worked with various settings from community health, unhoused populations, behavioral home health and residential recovery centers. As a dual certified Psychiatric Mental Health and Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, I have received a master’s degree from DePaul University in Chicago as well as a DNP from Brandman-Chapman University System. Post-graduate, I attended a University of Michigan community mental health fellowship. My experience includes cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapy along with motivational interviewing. Furthermore, I enjoy spending time with family and support the local animal rescue.
