I am a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist. I received my degree from CSU, Fresno State in Social Work and Counseling Psychology. I have experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and I believe in providing a safe holding environment where a person can process their feelings and emotions. I also have had experience working with those who have been experiencing anxiety, depression, and PTSD during this pandemic. I am a passionate about mental health and allowing people to “just vent.” In my free time I enjoy surfing, traveling, and laying out on the beach with a good book.
