I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I received my Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology with Emphasis in Marriage & Family Therapy. I have experience working in School-Based, Community-Based, Outpatient, and Intensive Mental Health Services. I have adapted different approaches in my clinical work to fit with the populations that I serve. My strengths as a clinician include a demonstrated ability to manage crises and sound clinical judgment to provide quality client and family-centered care. My specialty areas include treating individuals faced with depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, trauma, and relational conflict/distress. I work to find what my clients’ goals are in treatment and build their capacity for growth and change. I have experience working with adolescents, teens, and adults, utilizing interventions from cognitive behavioral therapy, humanistic client-centered therapy, and solution-focused practices. I seek to assist my clients to feel grounded and supported to begin their healing to reach their therapeutic goals.
