I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) at Foresight Culver City. I received my undergraduate degrees at Cornell University and University of Rochester and my masters degree from University of Rochester. I have experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I have a pediatric specialty, but also have experience working with adult and geriatric populations. I use evidence based practices in both psychotherapy and psychopharmacology and focus on social, psychological, and spiritual components. I teach yoga and mindfulness and incorporates these techniques into my treatment.
