I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) at Foresight Concord. I received my Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute in Carpinteria, CA. I have experience working in Community Based Mental Health at a Child and Adolescent Clinic in Concord, Ca, working with school based children, teens, and their parents. I have also worked in several school based settings in Oakland and Fremont. I have a passion for working with young men, both adolescent and early adulthood, helping them to develop both the ego strength and self-awareness necessary to be successful as adults in work and relationships. I also enjoy working with parents, couples, and individual adults who want more self-awareness and skills for relationships, including inner child work. My approach is eclectic including aspects of cognitive behavioral therapy, somatic approaches, mindfulness approaches, and transpersonal approaches. I have specialty approaches in dream work (night time), coaching, and The Work by Byron Katie.
